Service Contracts

Full site contract (FSC) – This contract is ideal for sites with more than 1 product to be serviced and maintained by Ensec. This contract type includes all products at the 1 site to be covered by the contract.

Single Product contract (SPC) – This contract is for sites with 1 product to be serviced and maintained by Ensec. This contract type includes only 1 product at the 1 site to be covered by the contract.

Please note, once a product or products are covered under a FSC or SPC with Ensec, if any company, individual or organisation undertakes any work on the product then the service contract will be null and void.

Risk Assessment

What Are Risk Assessments?

A Risk Assessment is a document which defines the potential risks to individuals that come into contact with a automated product/asset. This documentation requires a qualified engineer to complete an inspection of the product/asset.

How often is a Risk Assessment required?

Each product/asset will only require a risk assessment once, when the product is installed but before the hand-over process. A new risk assessment will be required if any major work is completed on the same product/asset, in most cases a customer company policy will require a risk assessment to be reviewed and potentially updated periodically.

What if my product/asset is non-compliant?

If your product/asset is deemed as non-compliant then this product/asset should not be operated until the product/asset becomes compliant via a new risk assessment and inspection. The product/asset will need to be powered off which then leaves the legal responsibility to the owner of the product/asset. It is expected that the issues found on a non-compliant product/asset will be corrected before another risk assessment is carried out.

Not all is lost, Ensec Security will provide advice and quotations on getting the product/asset up to specification.

Take-Over

We at Ensec Security also provide Take-Over services for products, both automated/manual gates and Access Control systems, that have been installed by another company. A survey will need to be carried out by one of our engineers, before we will be able to provide support for the product.

Once the survey has been completed and accepted, we will then be able to offer any of our desired services on that product such as upgrades, maintenance and repairs.
